PREPARATIONS FOR APPOINTMENT
Thank you for inquiring with us for your elective your 3d/4d/HD ultrasound! Preparing for your appointment ahead of time will be the best way to obtain the most adorable images of your baby!
Due to this ultrasound being elective in nature, our policy requires your pregnancy to be under the current care of a healthcare provider. Upon booking, your electronic consent will ask for your OB doctor's name and phone number to be filled out prior to your arrival.
For best results:
Please remember to DRINK, DRINK, DRINK your water everyday. 64 ounces of WATER everyday for at least 4-5 days prior and up to your appointment date (as long as you are not on a fluid restriction). Doing so will help your amniotic fluid levels be optimal for your ultrasound. A well hydrated mom ALWAYS gets better pictures. Please drink your water everyday before your appointment, not just the day of. We cannot stress this enough.
FOR GENDER SCAN PACKAGES
Please finish drinking 18-20 ounces of water 30 minutes prior to your appointment time so your bladder will be full. Please do not use the restroom until you have asked the sonographer.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. Feel free to eat/drink something sugary (as long as you are not under any diet restrictions). Examples are: pieces of fruit, a granola bar with chocolate chips, orange juice, or caffeine-free pop.
Full payment is required at the time of the session. We accept all major credit cards and cash.
There is a no-show or cancellation fee of $50 charged to the card on file. Cancellations require a 24 hour notice (either e-mail or call with voicemail) to avoid the $50 fee. Any messages on Facebook are not considered a cancellation notice and your card will be charged.
This appointment is for your pleasure with your family and friends. We have some additional seating for your guests (seating up to 7 adults, more are welcome if willing to stand - children also welcome).
Each of our clients is special to us. We spend individual time with everyone. When you come in if it looks empty, we are still with the client before you. Sometimes, if the baby before you is being a little difficult, we may take an extra few minutes to see if we can get the baby to cooperate at the sonographer’s discretion. We will do the same for you.

If it is urgent or for a last minute appointment (approximately 24 hours or less), email is best. We will gladly get ahold of you at our earliest convenience.
